Well, as an IAS officer you will enjoy tremendous opportunity to make a difference to how the country is run, contribute towards the uplift of the poor and downtrodden and on a personal note, enjoy unmatched perks and status. But the point is what is the eligibility for IAS?

Dear Sir/Madam

I have completed my bachelor's and masters from University of Hertfordshire located in the United Kingdom. My question to anyone who can help is whether I am eligible for appearing the UPSC exam. I have been rejected by Indian Air force on the basis of my degree being from UK. I have approached UGC and AICTE for getting my degree attested from them but unfortunately was given a negative answer. Please, I will be very grateful to anyone of you who can provide me an answer to my query. I can be emailed at mujtaba1988786@gmail.com.
